Spiced Pineapple Zinger
Chicken Breast – 3 cubed into about 1 inch chunks
Pepper ( color of choice) 1, cut into strips
Onions – 2 medium Large dice
Pineapple – cubed, 1.5 – 2 Cup
Vegetable oil for cooking
Salt and Pepper
* In a frying pan heat your oil, season your chicken cubes with Salt and Pepper and cook. The chicken is cooked once it’s opaque and firm.
* Add your Peppers, Onions and Pineapple to the chicken and saute until there is a gentle wilt to the veggies but are not cooked soft.
* Stir in desired amount of Spiced Pineapple Zinger (about 3-6 Tbsp)
This dish is great alone or accompanied by White or Brown Rice, Quinoa, Barley or even Israeli Couscous.
