This Sandwich is decadent yet light. It’s perfect for a lunch with friends or satisfying enough for Dinner. It’s simple and delicious, and what’s nice is if you have left over veggies you can pick at them the rest of the week! Meat-eaters will NOT miss the meat in this meal.
This is “multi-flavor” because we switch it up between Golden Sauce and the Garlic Balsamic Drizzle for the flavoring agent on the vegetables and the sandwich. It’s your call.
You’ll Need:
Tortured Orchards Garlic Balsamic Drizzle/Tortured Orchards Golden Sauce – 1 jar
Grain Bread – 2 slices, lightly toasted
Goat Cheese (chevre) – 3 Tbsps
Zucchini – 1, sliced in 1/2 inch pieces the long way
Squash – 1, sliced in 1/2 inch pieces the long way
Portabello Mushrooms – 2 whole
Red Pepper – 1, sliced in half -seeds, stem and ribs removed
Yellow Pepper – 1, sliced in half – seeds, stem and ribs removed
Eggplant – cut into 1/2 inch rounds
Mixing bowl
Grill/ Grill Pan
Olive Oil
* In your large bowl add all your prepared vegetables and add your Tortured Orchard Seasoning Sauce of choice! Allow to sit and marinate for at least 30 minutes. While your veggies are soaking up all the goodness you can get your grill pan hot and toast (grill) your bread, rubbing it with some Olive Oil so it shouldn’t burn.
* Once your bread is toasted, divide your Goat Cheese equally on to each slice of bread and spread. لعبة بوكر اون لاين
* Place your marinated vegetables on the grill pan and cook, turning them over so they shouldn’t burn. Allow 2-3 minutes on each side.
