You’ll Need:

First, wash and pat dry your fish. Season with Salt and Pepper. In three different little bowls make an assembly line to bread your fish.

First bowl is flour. Pour the flour in the bowl and dredge the piece of fish front and back in it. Using your hands is fine for this.

Next dish is your beaten egg. Dip the floured fish in the egg wash and then coat the piece of fish in the Panko.

After your fillet is breaded, turn your saute pan onto a Med. light. Pour a little oil in the pan and when it’s hot add the fish. شركة المراهنات bwin

While you’re awaiting the fish to cook, in your mixing bowl add the mayonnaisse and Spiced Pineapple Zinger. Combine together until well incorporated.

Continue to cook the fish on the opposite side until the fish feels firm and is cooked through.  About another 2-3 minutes, depending on the level of doneness you prefer on your fish.

If you piece of fish is big enough you can always cut it in several pieces and stack them for your presentation.  Often times I’ll have two fillet pieces and put the Spiced Pineapple Mayo in the middle of the two fillets.
